We take a different approach to most law firms in that our first priority is to help you in your recovery. If you are still suffering from your symptoms, then we can arrange for a telephone triage call to find out what your symptoms are and to determine if there is any need for treatment. If the treatment is required, then we can arrange this for our customers and ensure that they recover from their injuries as soon as possible. Additionally, we are able to arrange for a customers vehicle to be repaired or written off as well as arranging for a replacement vehicle whilst theirs is off the road.
We then aim to put our customers back into the position they would have been had the accident not taken place. We do this by obtaining compensation for them for the pain and suffering that they have been through since the accident, along with recovering all their out of pocket expenses whether caused by being unable to work and so suffering a loss of earnings or damaged property, right through to recovering money for the items that our customers have had to pay since the accident such as medical costs and travelling expenses.
